Whether you're navigating 1st trimester fatigue, managing aches and pains as your body changes, or preparing for birth, these private sessions are designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy with confidence and care.
At Made to Move Studio, you'll receive personalised one-to-one guidance in a calm waterfront setting, allowing each session to be adapted to your energy levels, symptoms, goals, and stage of pregnancy.
Together with our team of highly qualified, certified teachers (some of whom are also moms), we'll focus on helping you:

✓ Build strength and stability for your changing body
✓ Relieve common discomforts such as back, hip, pelvic, neck, and shoulder tension through fascia-release exercises
✓ Improve posture, breathing, and body awareness
✓ Prepare physically and mentally for birth and early motherhood
✓ Feel confident exercising during pregnancy
Many of our prenatal clients are busy professionals, business owners, or mothers away from home navigating pregnancy while balancing demanding schedules. They come to the studio not only for movement, but for dedicated time to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and receive expert support throughout their pregnancy journey.
Each session is fully tailored to you and guided by evidence-based prenatal exercise principles.
Depending on your trimester, energy levels, and goals, we may use a combination of Pilates equipment, breathwork, mobility training, gentle strengthening, and movement education to support your pregnancy.
Private Prenatal Pilates may be a good fit if you:
• Are newly pregnant and want guidance on exercising safely
• Are experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort and want personalised support
• Prefer private instruction rather than group classes
• Have a busy schedule and value flexibility
• Want a calm, welcoming environment with individual attention
• Are looking for a trusted movement professional to support you throughout pregnancy
No prior Pilates experience is required but we ask that you have received medical cleared by a medical health professional before your first session.
Private Prenatal Pilates
50–55 minutes | RM350 per session
30-minute pro-rated sessions may be available during the first trimester or for mothers experiencing fatigue, nausea, or reduced exercise tolerance.
