Back Bends, Lunges & Lower Body (50-mins Full Body)

No Equipment Needed!

Move with Joanna in this bodyweight-only mat class with exercises designed to bring awareness into deep layers of core muscles.

Class includes a full warm-up, ab-strength work and standing work which all build up to back bends, specifically Rocking Prep and Rocking from the classical Pilates mat repertoire.

Option to use light weights during the Standing Section for an extra "oomph" (1-2 kg / 3-5lb dumbbells or 500g-1kg wrist/ankle weights).
