I CAN'T MAKE MY CLASS - CAN I RESCHEDULE?
We understand life can get in the way of plans at times. We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24 hour cancellation policy for private classes.
If you can’t make your class, we request that any cancellations be made 24-hours prior to a private training session or 12-hours prior to a group class ( the “cancellation window”), to ensure the session credit goes back into your account. If you do not cancel before the cancellation window closes, this will be considered a late cancel and you will lose your class or incur a fee.
No replacement sessions will be made for late cancellations.
Classes are reserved and paid for in advance through our online booking system. All reservations must be confirmed.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not come to class/sessions. Cancel the class via your account as soon as you know you're unable to make it. If outside of the cancellation window, notify your teacher as soon as possible.

Return of credits* will only be allowed on the day you visited the doctor. Please cancel all subsequent bookings within the cancellation period if you are still feeling unwell. If there is no record of late cancellation and you did not show up for class, we are strictly unable to return credits.

YES! On-demand sessions are available here. Choose from a variety of classes and rent one using your package. Viewing is available for 24 hours from date of purchase.
