What is the Keep Moving Challenge?

  • The challenge is simple – every week, a new Mat Pilates video will be released

  • You’ll have until the end of that week to complete it.

  • Track your progress with your challenge card by checking off each Pilates Ring/Magic Circle once you’ve finished moving through the video

  • Each video is viewable for one week and will disappear when the next one is released. Don’t forget to mark off your progress on your challenge card!

  • Purchase a class package or membership to join the challenge
