Join us for our exclusive Semi-Private Pilates pre-launch classes and experience the Pilates method in an intimate small-group setting.

Limited to just 3 participants, (Minimum 2 required to run at group rates) these Semi-Private sessions offer more individual attention, feedback and corrections than a larger group class, while still allowing you to enjoy the energy of moving alongside others.

Led by Joanna Koleth (MFA, BA), founder of Made to Move Studio, and BASI Assistant Faculty member (a first for Malaysia), each session is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, enhance body awareness, develop mind-body connection, and build greater confidence in movement.

• Apparatus Used: A combination of Mat work, spring-supported apparatus and selected small props. Rather than focusing on a single piece of equipment, the springs are used to provide support, resistance and feedback to deepen your understanding of the Pilates exercises and movement principles.

• Suitable for:

  • Absolute beginners without specialised structural considerations or acute pain

  • Experienced Pilates practitioners

  • Or anyone in-between

    (Kindly note that this is an open group class format. Classes follow a shared session framework, with individual feedback, corrections and appropriate modifications provided throughout. For individuals managing specific spinal alignment goals or post-rehabilitative conditioning, we highly recommend starting with our Private Specialist Sessions).
