Pilates on the mat is a 50-minute group class utilizing your body's natural weight. Beginners and seasoned Pilates movers are welcome.
This Pilates class is designed with flow and endurance to:
* strengthen your core and concentration for postural and whole-body awareness
* enhance stability of joints and muscles for mobility
* build a good movement foundation by working within the principles of Pilates
Class Location: Imperia Condo, Puteri Harbour
On a clear day, there can be a glare from the morning sun. Sunglasses, sun-protective clothing and sunscreen are optional and recommended.
WHAT TO BRING
Mats are not provided. Please bring your own
Pilates Mat for comfort (minimum thickness 1 cm or 1/3")
water bottle for hydration
towel for sweat (or as an assist for certain movements)
Meeting Point: Imperia Condo 35th Floor. Upon arrival at the lobby, please register at the lobby with Imperia Condo security guards at least 5 minutes before class starts. The security will lead you to the lifts/elevators.
